Here at Ananyaa, our main motto is to generate “Tomorrow’s Leaders”. The foundation is laid by creating the leadership qualities at the school level.
Many personality characteristics are associated with leadership emergence. The list includes assertiveness, authenticity, birth order, character strengths, dominance, emotional intelligence, gender identity, intelligence.

We strongly believe that the effective leadership can result from both nature (i.e., innate talents like extraversion; intelligence; ingenuity) and nurtured (i.e., acquired skills like extroverted, conscientious, emotionally stable).
